CEO of Phoenix Environnement. 55 years old. French. Rural engineer (Leuven, Belgium). 25 years of international experience in the development and implementation of water, waste and energy projects with various donors (World Bank, AFD etc.).
During his career (Suez, Veolia), he specialized in the management of complex projects and the different aspects of an international infrastructure project. He created Phoenix Environment in 2019 to provide essential services to the people.
